I will preface this by saying I really enjoy talking to Dr Yates. She is super nice and professional. On the flip side of that, this is the second year in a row that I have waited for over 2 hours past my appointment time. I was on the verge of walking out when the doctor finally came in. The receptionists for this physician are fantastic. The physician herself not so much —pertaining to business professionalism. This review is a heads up for the every day hard working middle class folks who rely on their physician to properly fill out FMLA paperwork in order to keep their employment while getting legitimate medical care for an illness or injury.
