The rudest doctor I’ve ever met. Very unprofessional and dismissive. You could hear her staff talking badly about another patient and what she came in for.

Dr. Yates has been my PCP for years now. Always attentive and always thorough. Empathy is at the forefront of her practice.
Was really impressed with Dr. Yates at my initial office visit. I was scheduled for an ultrasound on 10/19 and results were sent over the same day. I have left several messages and have not heard from her office as of 10/28. Very disappointing service!
Seen Dr.Yates last Wednesday I found her a good doctor since then. Then I saw her again today and she's really an extraordinary physician. She squeezed me in her schedules. Thankful to her very accomodating and nice nurse as well. She's very knowledgeable and I felt the genuine care she's providing me. I don't mind the waiting time, it's normal and I've been to different clinic and specialities and it just the same.
