My son’s doctor was amazing and I loved her! The only complaint I have is with the lab the lady who was taking my son’s blood I felt she was rude and had an attitude. My son is 9 months old and had to get his blood drawn she used a adult needle instead of a baby needle the other lady was going to look for a baby needle but the lady taking my sons blood said “if they wanted us to have baby needles they’d have them in here already” I just felt that she was rude.
Cool Doctors and staff
1 receptionist lady name Michelle who I spoke to twice is very unprofessional as I am a patient and I have Asthma and I have COPD and My Doctor's are fully aware of this. I was seen in the ER on Sunday and I have a virus. I am completely all out of my Breathing Machine Medicine and I called the 2 pharmacy they have on file. Spoke to 2 different ladies and Michelle was the one who was difficult and not being professional. Michelle wanted to over talk me and as I was trying to get my point across she and I had to speak up too ... read more
I've been coming here for years. I've enjoyed the Doctors I meet. Never had much of an issue until today. Kelly, whom I've never spoken to before, has to be the rudest person ive ever spoken to on a phone. Wouldn't listen to anything. Refused to set me up an appointment because she insist my insurance wasn't the same.. only for me to call my insurance and find out it's literally not changed... very frustrating to not be able to set up an appointment when I get calls and text every other day reminding me I need to set one up.
