I have been going to Rivergate since 2020 with all four of my dogs. Each one has seen both Dr Eve and Dr Kaminsque. The front desk is in need of a serious face lift (specifically June). She is incredibly rude each time I’ve made an appointment for each of my boys. That is a reflection of your veterinary clinic as a whole. My experiences with Dr. Kross and Dr. Kaminski (which date back to 2021) have always been overwhelmingly positive, but my latest visit with Dr. Sue a couple months back last left such a sour taste in my mouth that I will never return. I found Dr. Sue to be extremely cold and unfriendly. As I attempted to explain my cat’s issue, she talked over me and appeared to rush me along. This animal clinic is the only one I will go to! Dr. Fran Kaminsky is an angel on Earth! She will tell you exactly what you need to do for your little fur baby, no hidden agendas here! The staff is all incredible, and they treat your fur baby like it is their own. The receptionist Kim will do whatever she can to accommodate your schedule. It's the best place ever!
This is the very best veterinary practice in NY. We have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years and everyone who works at this clinic is terrific. While I would highly recommend any of the veterinary doctors at this practice, Dr. Marissa Sue is the vet who has treated our Golden Retrievers for over 16 years.
