I do not recommend this place at all! I went and the secretary was very nice and helpful but Marissa Soto was very rude and had an attitude . I went to ask what i needed to do to change my car to another name . She gave me attitude and body language and she didn't even call us inside the office , she attended us in the waiting area. Absolutely horrible, do not ever go and rely on her to represent you. Me and my husband cutrrently have an interview date with immigration in less then two weeks and she hasn’t returned or answered any of our calls. After finally two weeks of persistent phone calls she texted us telling us she doesn’t have time for our case anymore and to find a different lawyer. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional to do to a client just weeks before an interview with immigration.
I went to Ms. Soto when I was having a major problem with my title company. The City of NY was trying to charge me for water use from the previous owner of my home. My title company was giving me the run around for more than 6 months. I made one call to Ms. Soto and within one day the balance for my water billed was paid by the title company. She is wonderful! She saved me on a ton of money and a load of stress. Thank You So MUCH!!!!!!!!
