Dr.Karpoff herself was wonderful at my visit.A male nurse called with further instructions and he was wonderful.I had to cancel my follow up because of the flu.I called to reschedule and they couldn't get appointment scheduled through main number.They said they would send a message to Dr Karpoffs office and they would call about rescheduling.I still have not been called back and main number people tell me the have receipt that office got the message.I have found this Cooper bull that you can't call a physician office to make... read more
