Poor bedside manners, condescending and doesn’t seem to know her field based on the conversation I had with her. It was sad but she seemed miserable and worn out emotionally, seems like she’s in the wrong field. She could use guidance from her colleagues.
I was asked if I wanted to schedule with this provider recently. I said give me anyone else besides her. First impressions go a long way. I'm not sure why Kaiser keeps her around. Very rushed and dismissive. Being a doctor requires empathy and authenticity. I did not see any of these. Read the reviews.
Words can never describe how thankful I am for Dr. Brown. Throughout my pregnancy, she was always there for me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. When I had an emergency C-section with my first child and my husband hadn't arrived yet, she made sure I knew I wasn't alone. She reassured me that she was with me and would take care of me. I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. The only negative is that I only get to see her when I'm pregnant—and that's not very often!
Marisa is the most caring and down to earth provider out there. She helped me when I had a miscarriage, walked me through my spouse’s cancer diagnosis and how to still try to have a baby and she took care of me throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery. She is truly a gift to all and my son wouldn’t be here without all of her help and care. I am so thankful for such a honest, kind and straight forward OB who will give you the best quality care.
My OB of many years retired and I was assigned to Dr Brown randomly and I am forever grateful that she is who I received. During a difficult pregnancy and season of life, Dr Brown always made me feel like she had time to listen to me, help me make informed decisions about my care and was available if I needed advice or clarity, especially since at the time partners still weren’t allowed at appointments due to Covid.
