I came to Dr. Loya with a pretty aggravating case of plantar fasciitis that had persisted for about a year and sidelined me from my normally active, outdoor lifestyle - I hadn't hiked, snowshoed or skied without significant pain for a long time, so I had essentially given up some of my favorite activities.
