Marissa was a game changer. She advised us on the schools in each area we were interested in and certain locations to be aware of where the street floods or all together a busy or loud street. Marissa knew it all! When we first met for a viewing she had several others lined up that day. She connected us with the best inspector, lawyer and I know she will continue to guide us with how to take care of our home. I would only recommend Marissa! Marissa is one of the hardest working agents I’ve ever met. Through multiple well-organized trips, she helped our family find a lake house in the WI/ IL area… while also giving us tips on owning a lakehouse and making sure our inspection was perfect.
