Friendly, professional service and top quality merchandise
I went in to the store a couple weeks ago on a quiet Saturday evening before a casual dinner. I was excited to finally be shopping again and be able to see all the new collections out. There were 3 sales associates standing at the jewelry counter as I walked in and none of them turned to acknowledge me. I walked around the store to check everything out and another sales associate was behind the counter on the other side of the store on her cell phone and didn't even look up at me.
