If I could give less stars I would. I made an appointment for an ear cleaning. I went to see the Dr. I waited for about 10 minutes. I was brought into a room. The Dr came in and asked typical background questions. She got to questions regarding my ability to hear and hearing tests. I told her that I wanted an ear cleaning and not to be sized up for hearing aids. She looked into my ears and told me I could leave. I told her that I was there to have a cleaning. She is so impressed with herself she doesn't think she has to preform well anymore. She is on auto pilot.anything they can not check the boxes and they are lost.but the money never stops ,so where is the pressure to do better or improve. The only industry in the world that they get paid no matter their performance. Unless your dieing they dont know the diagnosis. Pathetic

The care I received from Dr. Marissa Le was exceptional. She is a highly skilled surgeon, professional in every way, and enthusiastic about her field of expertise. My follow up visit with her after surgery was methodically thorough; she considered and accounted for all potential contingencies and had a solid recovery plan in place for me. It has now been over 2 months since my surgery and I am doing well because of her treatment, affinity, and prowess.
