Mariss made the home buying experience incredibly easy. She explained everything so well our decisions were well informed and it lead to getting the perfect house! She made paperwork easy, explaining what everything meant and answering any questions. She was available whenever we needed her and always did more than we asked of her. She is an incredible agent and I'm very thankful she got me my beautiful home!

Coming from another state, Mariss spent a lot of dedicated time with us over a few months, seeing many homes. Mariss was knowledgeable about things to look at with each home. She learned my wants and don't wants very quickly and only recommended homes she knew or suspected I would consider. Maruss is knowledgeable about other supports as well, including escrow/title, insurance, inspections, etc.
Working with Mariss was easy and enjoyable. Mariss made the process "fun" since this is always a stressful part of a person's life when they are purchasing a home and selling another in order to move. She hooked us up with local brokers and took us on many of tour days looking for that perfect home. This is not easy to do when working with a client 5 hrs. away. Bought a home in 2024. Mariss was always available to work with my work schedule, and always answered the phone. Hands down going to call her up if I sell and look for another place. Super friendly, showed me pros and cons that I missed at walkthroughs. I learned she's very hands on and experienced with tools so that gave me a good sense she wasn't just bluffing her way through. She's your agent I'd say.
