I recently switched my primary care physician to Dr. Luna-Pizano and I have been impressed and appreciative of her support. She and her nursing staff have communicated well, provided referrals, and given good care overall. She has been kind, taken time to answer my questions, and very personable. I'm very thankful for her help and highly recommended her.

Best doctor I’ve ever had. Switched back to Kaiser as soon as I was able and was very happy she is still here. She actually listens! I am always ready to just be brushed off by a doctor but she actually listens and asks questions.

A Doctor that shows a more holistic and natural approach. Cannot see why she is not 5 stars. Although many like to blame the doctors first for everything, even the unseen cancers that come up maybe months or years later.

I have had Dr. Luna-Pizano as my primary care physician since 2010 (6+ years ) . Prior to Dr. Luna-Pizano I was used to cold, uncaring doctors who see you briefly like you are just another number. This Doctor is not like that at all. She really listens. She cares a lot . She is gentle and she remembers. Also Dr. Luna will answer questions and concerns quickly via the phone or email. I saw this doctor for a newly discovered inverted nipple in 2012. She brushed me off and ordered a routine Mammogram. Told not to worry about it unless I have discomfort. Guess what, 1 yr later 2013, I was in pain and was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. Thanks for the brush off. Surprised you are still with Kaiser!
