I had my second appointment at Marisol Health today with Linda Nelson. After my first appointment with her, which I felt went decent, I was looking forward to continuing my care with her. They are so loving and caring
Staff are extremely rude and judgmental. They make assumptions about you and then treat you as if their incorrect assumptions are true. The OB/Mid-wife Linda will interrupt you when you are trying to talk and then raise her voice when you ask her to stop interrupting. She will then tell you that you have to call back and then rudely hang up on you when you show any signs of being upset or frustrated. However, if you try to call back, they will decline your calls. I would recommend Marisol to anyone in the Northern Colorado area looking for an incredible midwife and team! I just got to experience my third pregnancy there and felt so loved and cared for! It started the moment I walked in the door with the front desk receptionist, Patty, and then with each MA, Rikki and Annie, the office manager, Christina, the sonographer, Michelle, and of course my midwife, Anne. Marisol has provided amazing care throughout my second pregnancy and I wish I had gone to them when I had my first child! Their staff are so genuine and caring which is refreshing in the current health care industry. I could not recommend more highly a better health care facility to get maternal care or other services they offer!!
