My family and I have had such a great experience living at Marisol Apartments! The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location — quiet, safe, and close to everything we need. The management team has been fantastic, and I especially want to mention Mario, who’s always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help residents. The entire property was beautiful and well kept. Although we ultimately decided to rent a townhome elsewhere, Mario's impressive presentation was absolutely top of the line, professional and thorough. If the unit had been suitable for us, we would have rented from him in a heartbeat.
My husband and I were waiting for the right apartment to open up at Marisol, and the day we saw it online I called the office to view it. Mario was BEYOND helpful in getting us in same day and helped us put a deposit down to secure the apartment. In the following weeks leading up to our move in, Mario did a great job of communicating what was needed and provided all the information in a timely manner. We are so thankful for all of Mario’s help to make this such an easy move!
So far my experience has been great! I loved the complex from the first time I visited. Mario has been very helpful from the moment we toured to helping us during our move-in day.
