Roaches, mushroom growing out of walls from mold and homeless encampments right outside the gates. Worst experience of anywhere I have ever lived and most money I have ever paid for rent. So many better places to live in San Diego, do your research

THEY ARE SCAMMING THEIR OWN RESIDENTS Used to be great until new owners. Signed my third renewal a few months ago. Little did I know that they snuck in an addendum that automatically enrolled me in a subscription service for "rent plus" that reports payments to credit bureaus. The only reason to force an opt-out is to see how many people won't notice the extra charge on their rent bill. Also, rent payments are made through Bilt which reports to credit bureaus for free.
