Mario is the best! He’s always kind, patient, and makes time for all our questions. Morgan is fantastic as well, the entire team and their thoughtfulness is always shown to us. Would 100% recommend this apartment.
The apartments have mold issues. The vent above the ovens doesn’t actually help get rid of the gas from the stove so you will get migraines every time you cook something and the gas will just accumulate inside of your apartment. Nikki in the leasing office is the absolute worst. She will not do or handle ANYTHING. Her attitude is also repulsive. She’s incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. We moved in recently and love every minute living here. Nikki and Morgan have been very helpful to us in every matter; every email and text sent to them are replied in timely manner. The apartment itself is so quiet and beautiful, and is so well maintained. I also love that we have shopping centers in every corner. Updated review. We renewed the 2nd year contract and hopefully the third year too. This place is awesome still. I always recommend my friends to check this place out when they look for a new apartment.
Adam and the staff are amazing. MG Properties has made "automation" that make everything slow and confusing. Second time I have to update my renters insurance. They auto enrolled individuals that already have coverage. New tenants are getting worse and prices only continue to rise. These apartments are now overpriced for sure. I would give 1 star if it was not for the amazing effort Adam has been providing.
my inquiry and application process has been smooth, simple professional, and bar raising. Keep this community fed and sign up for alerts for openings because this is the place to be staying. You won’t find better amenities, or better neighbors.
