Lived at Marisol for a little over 3 years and genuinely enjoyed our time there, which made the move out process so disappointing. During our pre move out inspection, the facilities manager gave us a clear list of what needed to be done and estimated costs. We did everything asked and documented our cleaning thoroughly, including video of the apartment's condition when we left. Great place! Somerville really sold us on the complex and had a great tour!
My partner and I are moving from Arizona and toured at Marisol and instantly felt like we could call this place home. Somerville was absolutely amazing and so informative of the property leaving us with no questions and no doubts once the tour was over. We are so happy that we got to have Somerville show us around the property she’s definitely the best at what she does.
I lived here for just under 3 years. The first year was great and everything was smooth. Going into the the next year and following months things went down hill fast. Management stopped being communicative with residents. People had their garage doors opened and things stolen from them. Residents from the apartments located by the backgate continuously jumped the walls and made their way to the pool. After living here for a year, I would say this is an overall enjoyable and very safe place to live. Beautiful natural areas surround the apartment complex, safe upscale communities surround with nice architecture. Only downside to the surrounding area is the proximity to the 78 FWY, which could also be seen as a benefit, in some areas of the complex you constantly hear it.
