Dr. Noorhasan was difficult to communicate with. We (my husband and myself) felt we were rushed the entire visit and cared more for herself than the patient. No compassion. She had a yearly military commitment which we had to work around with scheduling.
Due to the pandemic situation with all the additional health checks at the hospital, I made to my appointment which wait for 3 months about 10 minutes late. I have explained that I got lost but the receptionist proceed the registration process. However, upon 5 minutes after I have to signed a few additional document, the receptionist said that since I am late for 15 minutes and I should have arrived 15 minutes in prior, my appointment is now cancelled and I will needed to be reschedule. Navigating the need for an endocrinologist during the pandemic has been tricky but Dr. Noorhasan has been kind, attentive, and collaborative with other doctors we have worked with for our medical situation. Her personal care, swift decision making and communication have been a breath of fresh air during this season of increased need for medical attention. No one EVER answers the phone. Sometimes they call back, but it isn't as though I can sit by the phone waiting for a callback, as I have responsibilities to attend to, and set aside time to call them during their posted "open" hours, to no avail. And sometimes the don't even attempt a call back! Lousy service. Patient abandonment. Go elsewhere.
