Goog food and cervice
I was heavily dissatisfied today and I came in on the regular with my parents because we enjoy the food and they know the owners. You usually have one server helping your table But today I was constantly getting ignored and side eyed by the servers, every request I asked things like some condiments or boxes for my food yet I had to go to the counter and ask again. To top it off when it was time to pay the server helping us seemed annoyed to even be attending us at all.
La comida esta deliciosa!! Lamentablemente el servicio fue pésimo, yo pedía las cosas amablemente y “por favor” y dos de las meseras que estaban ahí solo me ignoraban, ninguna vez fueron a nuestra mesa a preguntar si todo estaba bien a comparación de las otras mesas. Tuve que levantarme a pedir las cosas porque no me traían las cosas que pedía… tuvieron una actitud súper grosera y nada profesional. Soy mesera y jamás e ofrecido un servicio así. Wow quedé sorprendida.
