I’d like to start by recognizing the service. Jessica is amazing—friendly, fast, attentive, and always provides outstanding customer service. She consistently makes guests feel welcome and delivers a great dining experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the other server, who is Salvadoran, was very different. Her customer service could be improved, as she came across as unfriendly and somewhat rude, especially when interacting with customers who were on the phone.
