Communication sufficed and the tour was fine. I will say I expected slightly better service and attitude from the tour guide. I sent my aunt on a 6 day trip and I wanted to get an estimated time when they’d return. Upon asking, they told her “别问这种问题” or “Don’t ask this kind of question”. Always prompt service, amazing people willing to make an extra step to help their clients.
A friend used this company's charter buses for her wedding. The bus clearly hadn't been cleaned from a prior group - there was trash in the seats and on the floor. Worst of all, there was a horrific smell coming from the bathroom. We were mid way on the bus and felt sick from the stench.
