Always prompt service, amazing people willing to make an extra step to help their clients.
A friend used this company's charter buses for her wedding. The bus clearly hadn't been cleaned from a prior group - there was trash in the seats and on the floor. Worst of all, there was a horrific smell coming from the bathroom. We were mid way on the bus and felt sick from the stench.
