I do not appreciate appointments being made for my mother randomly and without notice. Her doctor is Lisa Ma and we do not see anyone outside of Kei-Ai Nursing home. Very unprofessional and rude to randomly schedule appointments on the Healthcare Partners app without first speaking with the responsible party.
