We are so thankful for the great care our mom receives at Vineyard Park I don’t understand The bad reviews. The current administration and employees are wonderful. I am there at least twice a week visiting my mom and I can’t report anything unsatisfactory. Kathy Head
Last year in August my mother was actively passing and someone stole her 2 gold necklaces off of her. No one really looked into it. For this reason I do not recommend this place. some of the employees were angels on earth, others were horrible. There is alot of good intentions but the follow through just wasn't there. For the good employees they know who they are I would give 5+ stars, for those who just don't care I give 1 star because I can't give zero.
Choosing the right place for your family at this stage of life is beyond difficult. Korina and Colette made these decisions so much easier. Living so far away, we placed a great deal of trust in the entire team at Vineyard Park. Each person rose to the occasion every day. They ensured care, respect and dignity for our family during every step of this journey.
