Mariposa Plumbing attended my home to clear a blocked shower drain. Prior to the visit, I was quoted $100 per hour. Two technicians arrived and completed the work in approximately 25 minutes. I was subsequently invoiced $200. When I asked for clarification, I was informed that the charge reflected two technicians being onsite. This was not explained at the time of booking, and I was not advised that the hourly rate would apply per technician rather than per job.
