We came to see Dr Predanic for our pregnancy after a stillbirth, and he was honestly so amazing, kind, and compassionate. He is knowledgeable, detail oriented and funny. Also Ms Tammy at the front desk is sweet and welcoming.
Worst front desk service. The lady at the front desk is the worst. My obgyn sent a referral to the office for an appt and she is asking me for a pcp referral when my insurance specifically said no referral is needed from pcp just obgyn. I called to notify the office and she would not listen to me when I was trying to explain. She is extremely rude, I do not understand why an office would allow someone with this behavior be the face for the office. Dr. Predanic is amazing!!! He really lets you know every detail and doesn’t sugar coat. He makes you feel comfortable and is very patient. I will miss coming here for appointments! Customer service is also amazing as well! Front desk is so sweet and friendly!
I had Dr. Predanic for my first pregnancy and he was absolutely amazing. Very professional and never made me feel uncomfortable. This time around I’ve been trying to get an appointment set up or at least get the ball rolling on the referral process. I have the same exact midwife as I did my first pregnancy, but a different insurance. The front desk woman i have been talking on the phone with has continuously had an attitude during our very short phone calls.. The receptionist always took great care to make myself and my family feel welcomed! The dr always took time to answer our questions and gave us the most wonderful sonogram pictures. I can't thank this practice enough for the peace of mind they gave us during our time with them! Highly reccomend!!!
