I've been trying to get a prescription filled for the last three weeks. They've aways been bad about this, but this is a new low. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to online messages, and they don't reply to texts. Did they go out of business and not bother to inform any patients?

Dr. Vargas was great - very personable! Listened to my concerns with great care and gave awesome feedback and next steps. Great first time visit!
They called me to cancel my appointment a day before and told me that if I wanted to have my appointment I had to pay $250 more because they gave me bad information about my appointment and although it was their fault they wanted me to pay more. Very disappointing I do not recommend at all that you visit this place!!!
No one answers the phone and when they answer the phone they are rude!
