Dr. Vargas was great - very personable! Listened to my concerns with great care and gave awesome feedback and next steps. Great first time visit!
They called me to cancel my appointment a day before and told me that if I wanted to have my appointment I had to pay $250 more because they gave me bad information about my appointment and although it was their fault they wanted me to pay more. Very disappointing I do not recommend at all that you visit this place!!!
No one answers the phone and when they answer the phone they are rude!
Irresponsive to phone calls and emails and does not report correct visit codes to insurance, which has caused me to be billed over $300 for preventive and routine lab work. I really wanted to support this private, woman owned business but I will not be back due to lack of administrative capacity.
Terrible! Simply the worst! The blood test results arrived after 1 1/2 months, they made us pay for a consultation just to send medications that were purchased over the counter. In addition, my daughter and I had to repeat blood tests because they were not complete the first time, they are not punctual, they always respond late, among other things that I don't even mention. the worst of the worse! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! unprofessional!
