Had a Generac installed at the beginning of May. They told me they would be there at 8 and they were there. They had everything inline ready for Hydro One to do there job. And they were all done and cleared by 12 30 pm. The workmanship was awesome. They were very polite and I highly recommend them
Had Mariposa put in a 26 kWh Generac this past summer. Saw the staff/owner at the Lindsay Home Show this weekend. Mentioned that I needed to tweak a couple of things to get it running a little more efficiently. They immediately said, that they would come and do the corrections. These guys are so accommodating and friendly, they make the purchase/installation and maintenance so easy. And they have a great price!
Let me just say this... We moved here a month ago, and I made many calls to companies wanting to charge $180 just to come to house for 1/2 hr. (Not happening) I called Mariposa and I was told they only charge per hour and any supplies if needed. They came out to the house the first time and did an awesome job. I have called them a few times since then, as we are renovating the new house and they have come through EVERY SINGLE TIME. From the initial contact to completion every aspect of my Generator installation was covered in detail and attention, office staff Lori and all the installation crew were excellent at very competitive pricing,I highly recommend this company
Great price and service. We did have a problem with the first generlink during installation.(First one didn’t work). So my suggestion would to try and have a better testing method moving forward. It would not have been good if I didn’t discover the issue and we had a severe power outage and it didn’t work.
