Arrogant
Avoid at all costs. My parents bought a door from there back in November 2024. The seal on the door was broken and the glass almost instantly fogged up. We are a year in and they still refuse to replace the door. They are constantly giving her the run around and have probably told her "someone will get back to you to resolve this" 100 times by now. We will be filling a complaint with the BBB and the state to hopefully get their attention.

This company has been terrible, from pushing out shipments multiple times to terrible customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone. I am the end customer, working with on contractor on a project, and the contractor ordered lumber supplies from Marriott’s. The original lumber was delayed 3 times, the incorrect type of lumber was delivered not once but 3 times and finally on the 4th try it was all squared away.
