The first sceeen door i ordered was ok i asked for another one i was told it was the same size as the one i had installed. I noticed the second door came in quicker than the first one and chris came to install the second door the door took over two hours to install i am thinking because the door was the wrong size and he built a step at the bottom of the entry to walk into the house so i was not comfortable with the step in or out because that was not there and did not need a step i told him it was a hazzard a law suit waiti... read more
Arrogant
Avoid at all costs. My parents bought a door from there back in November 2024. The seal on the door was broken and the glass almost instantly fogged up. We are a year in and they still refuse to replace the door. They are constantly giving her the run around and have probably told her "someone will get back to you to resolve this" 100 times by now. We will be filling a complaint with the BBB and the state to hopefully get their attention.
