I was in a bad situation when my previous transit company cancelled on me a day before they were supposed to pick up my dogs. But Mario saved the day! He didn’t take advantage of knowing I was in a tight spot, but provided a fair price. He was communicative and friendly, sharing his location and plenty of photos of my pups for my peace of mind. We needed to transport our 3-month-old kitten from Glendora to LA, and Mario was fantastic. He was personable, charged a fair rate, and kept us updated every step of the way—providing all the info we needed to feel confident our kitten was in good hands. Highly recommend!

I called Mario to inquire about transporting my 65 lb shepherd mix halfway across the country (LA - Kansas). He was very friendly, helpful and informative! His associate Gina was already scheduled for a similar trip within my preferred timeframe, so he referred me to her. Gina was extremely communicative throughout the trip, sending text message updates and offering continual assurance.
