The team went through every avenue to try and tailor a loan package to all my needs. They were prompted and kept me informed through every step. Mario is one of the best in the business, can't fault his efforts. I was dissatisfied with trying to deal with the banks direct, I found them very unaccomodating and didn't listen to what I was looking for in a loan. Their lose in the end.
