I called Mario spa mid afternoon Friday because my regular tech was not available I was in a panic because my hot tub was not heating up. I worried if it went the weekend without heating properly it may freeze up. The young man that took my call understood my Concern and was able to get a tech over within 1.5 hrs. The tech that arrived was Keon/Keagan I believe . He was very knowledgeable and came prepared for the worst. Fortunately it was just a blown fuse that needed replaced. Last week I had a problem with my Hydropool hot tub that I purchased from Mario's 9 years ago. Keon came by to look at it, found the problem and gave me great advice for our hot tub. I have always found the service at Mario's to be great. Thanks.
