Recently, I needed a service call for a spa and my expectation for excellence in service from Marios staff has been reaffirmed. Outstanding service from Mario's Pool & Spa! I was having difficulty converting my 4-year-old plug & play hot tub to 240v. Although my spa was out of the warranty period, they were still able to send over a technician to troubleshoot my issue. The tech had all the necessary equipment, including a new spa pack/heater in case it needed replacement.
