I've come to expect great service at Mario's having been a customer since 2021. Recently, I needed a service call for a spa and my expectation for excellence in service from Marios staff has been reaffirmed. Outstanding service from Mario's Pool & Spa! I was having difficulty converting my 4-year-old plug & play hot tub to 240v. Although my spa was out of the warranty period, they were still able to send over a technician to troubleshoot my issue. The tech had all the necessary equipment, including a new spa pack/heater in case it needed replacement. They didn't have what I need because they don't deal with INTEX or BESTWAY pool hardware. BUT I got great customer service. I do come here for other supplies and all the staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful!
