Mario has been excellent in service for us in recent weeks. Our 8 yr old hot tub shut down, we called at 10am on a Saturday, they came and had it fixed within 2 hours. Luckily we are 5 minutes down the road. That was about a month ago. They had to replace the spa pack. We were getting ready to go in the hot tub last night and it was shut down again. Left a message, got the call at 8am, again fixed by 10am. Defective spa pack. But we shall be in our hot tub tonight. These guys are awesome and service was so fast. Thanks Mario... read more

Awsome customer service. Called 5 min before closing the customer service gentleman was professional and listened to the issue and took info for work order. The tech called at 9 am next day and arrived an hour after. What a pleasant technician keon Munn knew exactly what to do, fixed the issue just that easy. Loved the service. Filling up as im sending this. Thank you thank you.
Nick and the entire crew at Mario's is INCREDIBLE. I would give them 7 stars if I could. Fair pricing, great products and absolutely amazing service. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed!
