We went to this restaurant with friends and ordered separately. We got our food pretty quickly, but our friends did not. About 30 minutes later we asked where the other food was. We were told it would be 5 minutes. After another 15 minutes, still no food. Our friend went to the counter to talk to the server about the order. The owner came out and offered free desserts, but no apology or indication about when the food would be ready. Our friend asked for a refund, which was given, but again did not receive an apology. I’m leaving this review based on what I personally witnessed and experienced at Mario’s Restaurant. Unfortunately, the management leaves a lot to be desired. I want to make it clear that I am not referring to Nigel, as he has always been professional and respectful in my experience. The owner’s behavior toward employees is extremely concerning. I have personally witnessed employees being yelled at in front of customers, and when the yelling happens in the kitchen, it can clearly be heard throughout the dining room. That crea... read more

Love this place! The food was amazing especially the Lobster Ravioli. One of the staff members came by and told us she made the ravioli and how excited she was that we ordered it since it was one of her first times making it. I thought that was really sweet. She did an awesome job!
