Did a great job landscaping but never followed through on his commitment to mow my lawn on a weekly basis. Does not respond to texts or calls. Very poor customer service and unprofessional.

He took my money, did half the job, then never came back. I am retired and on a fixed income and I trusted him. I was so wrong. He lies, never picks up the phone or answers emails. I cannot believe how glib-tongued he is. I asked for half my money back, but he does not respond. He just talks and talks and promises to do things... but he never comes out. Do NOT hire this deadbeat. He'll get HIS - one of these days

I called him to give me an estimate about removing a fallen retaining wall (small wall). Mario came over. Gave me an estimate. He told he'll start the work when he comes back from vacation. That was 3 Mondays ago. I called him to remind him about the agreed upon job, but Mario is a no show. I'm putting him on Angie's List as an unreliable person. If anyone here is a member of Angie's List, I strongly suggest that posting his lack of professionalism of not keeping to his verbal contract must be known to others.

This was the worst experience we've ever had with anyone. We spent $16,000 with this man to have our yard done and the job WAS NEVER COMPLETED. He doesn't answer his phone, he doesn't call back and he never came back to replace the DEAD plants. He quotes you one price and when he comes to collect he tells you it's something higher. He never gives you an invoice or any paperwork before hand (which I asked for numerous times). DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.
