Fast and clean
An unfortunate missed opportunity for good business here. Went in for a fix on a clasp and left with a completely blackened and tarnished necklace. Wildly unprofessional conversation from the guy when I came back in to see what can be done. Zero accountability for the damage and inexplicably blaming me for having the wrong type of necklace despite it being stamped correctly. I took a sentimental gold plated necklace I had gifted my partner here to have the clasp fixed. The necklace wasn’t originally purchased from here. They proceeded to replace the clasp and the man serving at the time also said he gave it a polish and clean - something I didn’t ask for but was appreciative of.
