Good, but pricy The atmosphere is very nice at Mario's, it feels like you are in a little part of Italy. Make sure you have reservations though, because it gets crowded. The downside to the restaurant is that the dishes are a little pricy for just pasta and if you want any sides (salad, vaeggies) you must order them seperately. If you do not you are stuck with a big pile of pasta and meat and nothing else.

Nice Sunday buffet, but pricey This is a nice place to go for a special occasion Sunday Buffet, but you will pay for it. They have everything under the sun on the buffet. Made to order pasta, omelets, waffles, salads and even a "kids" buffet with chicken fingers and other kids friendly items. Service is excellent, too.

You gotta be joking, people. – Five stars? Really? Our experience was far from a five star experience. Not only did we have two waitresses whom didn't pay us any attention, our food came out late and cold. Our friend's Steak Diane was recooked for him, only it was served raw in the middle when he had asked for medium. The gnocchi was overcooked (this just shouldn't happen in a supposedly Italian restaurant). The food, albeit lukewarm and cold respectively, wasn't terrible, but certainly was not worth the prices paid. The atm... read more

Best Brunch Around – To be fair, I've only had brunch at Marios, but it is my standby for out-of-town guests and pretty much every major holiday for Sunday brunch every time. The food is well prepared and the presentation is always impeccable. The variety is unbeatable for any buffet, and the staff is very attentive. This restaurant is is one of those rare places that can actually please a multitude of audiences, from romantic dining, to family dinner, to large corporate gathering, and they do it flawlessly.

excellent italian – Absolutely incredible food - some of the best food I've ever had, Italian or otherwise. Atmosphere is somewhat formal (business casual is fine), and expensive but very, very worth it. They have a roaming accordian player & singer on the weekends. Be sure to try the specials - they occasionally have a salad special with gorgonzola & honey dressing, and the duck on their regular menu is superb. I nearly disgraced myself by drinking the sauce at the table (same for the salad dressing). Highly recommended!

The finest true Italian around – The food was superb, as authentic as anything I every had in Italy; the sauces do not speak of over zealous acidic tomatoes, but of true Italian sauces. The meat and fish are fresh, nothing frozen here. It is hard to resist the appetizers such as fried calamari, fresh, sweet clams, and all the expected Italian favorites. The specials are special! Try them. I have never had a finer Italian diner anywhere in the U.S. including little Italy in New York!
