Mario’s is a go to spot for my family (usually take out). We decided to eat in tonight. Worst mistake we could have made. The service was terrible. Food was great, as usual. But we will be better off staying home next time. My server, whom never told us her name, was distracted the whole time. While serving our food her boyfriend walked in and she yelled “Cole” as she abandoned us. Great food. Great specials. Great owners and staff. Great restaurant serving the community for over 28 years.
Literally took FOREVER. I used to eat here all the time and service was quick. Came in today. To get a slice of pizza Togo waited over 20 mins. Literally it only takes 8 mins to bake a pizza and it’s not like they are busy. There is one table with 2 people. Please make it make sense. Not to mention the exposed electrical above where you order. It looks run down. Update : Took 35 mins to get 1 slice of cheese pizza to go.
