They are overall great! I've taken some formal gowns and delicate blouses, and they come back fresh and stain free. Now I take my business suits for tailoring and dry clean. I trust their work 100%. It may be slightly higher in pricing, but I would prefer quality instead of damaged clothing.
This dry cleaning has been fantastic and personal. Mario, the owner is cheerful and pleasing. If there is a problem, Mario definitely wants to know about it. After 30 years of business, their service has not changed and Mario is the best Italian tailor. He can save the day!
TERRIBLE!!!! – I dropped some jeans off to be hemmed and when I went to pick them up, they had given them to the wrong customer. Not only did it take them almost 3 weeks to reimburse me, but they avoided me and were rude in the process. So....if you don't like your clothes, take them to Mario's because they will take them off your hands.
