He kept her car so long that when she asked how much longer, he added more money to the estimated repair cost, and had to give her a loaner car. Save your money. I took my car to Mario and they didn't fix my issue. To top off the mechanical incompetence, the woman in the office is vile. Her behavior was so unprofessional and aggressive that she is genuinely unfit for any customer-facing role. I’m now forced to find a real mechanic to fix the issue Mario’s caused. STAY AWAY!
Does not answer the phone or communicate. Does not get simple tasked done unless you’re sitting in their face watching
