I had a disappointing experience with my recent appointment. A few days before, I received a call asking if I would be okay with another stylist doing my hair because Deanna would be off that day. I said that was absolutely fine. However, when I arrived, I could clearly see Deanna working in the salon. I asked the front desk if she would be doing my hair after all, and was told no - that she was in but my appointment had still been reassigned. Love to know how to cancel an appointment. Phone message says we’re not taking calls. Email says mail box is full. I’ll find somewhere else to go.
I went for a little colour touch-up’s to my highlights and Nicole was amazing and friendly. The entire environment was wonderful and pleasent.

I usually have Casey, But honestly, anyone is amazing there they’re so personable and listen to what you truly need. They will guide you If you’re confused on your decision or hemming and high about a choice. There seems to be no drama in the salon, which is a rarity within hair salons.
