Staffs are good and very friendly. Explained everything that’s needed for the maintainance of car. Excellent service…
Not satisfied with the service time ( over 1 1/2 hours) it took to complete a simple routine oil change, cabin filter, and routine inspection. This was the second in a row routine service ( last one was over 2 hours) that was overtime. The service desk was helpful and polite. The online message as to the progression was not updated and therefore, useless. I hope this note of service disappointment will be taken seriously and noted to service personnel.
My engine light came on in my two thousand seventeen buick lacrosse. I called marion toyota , and they got me in quickly. There were a number of things needing to be updated which they done promptly. The ballet service took me back to work and came and got me so I could pick up my\nVehicle. I am\nTotally satisfied with the service that marion , toyota provided for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable reliable mechanic service. I believe tom was my mechanic and he was awesome!
