Great people to deal with. They are the best dealer/service I've dealt with.
Today will be my last service appointment with Toyota of Marion, as the experience was unbelievably bad. Brought my RAV4 in on time for my 11 am appointment for an oil change and diagnosis on the tire pressure indicator light. Ok’ed that and was told to wait for completion. Luckily I remembered the last time I was there that after their initial inspection I received a text message to approve/decline additional services. So I checked and approved replacement of TPMS.
