Warren is amazing! I’ve only been to his shop a few times, but every time I’ve been there he has been most helpful, informative, and honest. I appreciate his time and customer service as well. There are no Brother dealers for me locally and I have to drive 1.5 hours to get to Warren, but it is well worth the time and effort to do so!

1 star is too high for my experience but it’s as low as I can rate so I guess it’ll have to do. I took a vacuum there to see about being repaired. He glanced at it as I walked in the door and said he can’t fix it. He didn’t look at it, didn’t ask what it was doing, nothing, just that. I asked what he meant and he said that he couldn’t get parts for them, so he didn’t want to mess with it. I was having issues with my Dyson ball type vacuum. I brought it here even though they're not a Dyson dealer. I recieved a call expecting a high estimate. Instead I was told my Dyson has been repair and the amount of the repair was a lot less than I had expected. My experience with Marion Sew and Vac is a solid 5 stars. Their Saturday hours + repair costs + friendly staff = a repeat customer. My Dyson works like it's new again.
