Great place and great people. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a really Knowledgeable mechanic.
Terrific service and highly knowledgeable staff! Went to drop off my car for what I thought needed alignment adjustment but was wrong. Marion drove my car around the block, quickly realized what the issue was and fixed it in a timely manner. When I asked to pay, he said not to worry about it due to it being an easy fix. Most places would have charged minimum $100 for this. Incredibly thankful for you taking the time to help me!
I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, so I am glad that I can go to Marion’s Automotive for repairs. He not only fixes the problems that I come to see him about, but he is very proactive and he looks for anything that might be a future issue. He also has a nice bedside manner, spending a lot of time explaining what and why something needs to be repaired, so I can understand what he’s doing as well. Very unprofessional, arrogant & racist I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with him. He can’t be ask a simple question because he feel he is the boss & that is true he is the boss to his employees but not to customers I’m paying him and he can’t answer a simple question without being rude and disrespectful
Marion greeted me as I arrived, introduced himself, and asked about my issue. I explained my minivan’s ticking noise and power loss. After listening to the engine, he quickly identified the problem and confirmed my suspicions. I brought the van back the next day so he could order parts. Within 24 hours, the repairs were complete.
