HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had our cylinder repaired by Marion Pneumatics, and we received outstanding service by Jeffery. His customer service is through the roof and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Just by listening to our description of the problem, he diagnosed exactly what was wrong with our machine. He is a great guy, and the world needs more people like him! We will be lifelong customers and definitely continue to recommend this place to everyone.
My husband and I were very impressed with Marion's, not only were they knowledgeable, Jeffery is an amazing person with a heart, we were treated with warm and the entire staff understood our sense of urgency on our orders. An Ocala mainstay! Anything with Hydraulics in, on, or attached to it, is their business. A real total brick & mortar shop shop. I just bought a piston cup seal for a Hydraulic Jack and it is even SKF brand! Great place with great people. I highly recommend!
They had our fuel injection pump for over a month had to send it to Jacksonville never had any info then wanted more to rebuild it than john deere wanted for a brand new one or refurbished one save yourself time aggravation honestly would never recommend this so called business if you need your equipment...
They made me feel welcome and I was very pleased with the work that they do
