I want to give 5 stars 🌟 to the blonde nurse, she is kind and sympathetic and calming and I would have went through with my oral surgery if it was just her. The one star is for the needle butt oral surgeon who's whole demeanor comes off as angry and annoyed he is not a very likeable person he is lightweight scary. Very friendly staff from the front desk to staff in the operating room. We all joked around. Dr with was professional and nice. I would highly recommend.

This place is terrible. After taking the day off UNPAID, driving an HOUR to get there, and booking the appointment in JULY and waiting THREE MONTHS for an appointment, they realized after registration they didn’t get the insurance authorization! Are you freakin kidding me??!! I work at a medical facility. We don’t BOOK patients UNTIL we have authorization just to avoid having to turn them away. At best, authorizations take two weeks.
