Are there any good home builders out there that could hire our rep Pablo and superintendent Ed? The rest of this company needs to take a long walk of a short pier. First of all, sense when does the builder set the closing date without all the closing documents then the Monday after a 4 day weekend? Oh and don't even get me started on Steel city title cry babies....
The Superintendent "Ed",threatens people's lives if he doesn't like you,& keeps quality workers from not working over slanderous lies..I'm talking with legal counsel to get it addressed. Lawsuit ON...
I have a 82ftx125ft lot in Marion Oaks that I visited....the area is nice, quiet and far away from commercial crowd...
Worst customer service. I don’t think it can get any worse than Chakonas customer service. The process of buying a house is stressful but is even worse when there is no communication. She is really unprofessional and made the whole experience for me terrible.
