HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After representative Nathan Wineberg misunderstood my response to his question. He told me to “ call back when I can speak English”. He then hung up in my face and when I called back requesting Supervisor he tried to disguise his voice and pretend to be he the supervisor and ended the call in my face again. He takes his job as a joke and shouldn’t be working customer service with such a poor attitude. Nathan is extremely disrespectful, incompetent and should be fired immediately!!
