Had a medical emergency back in December that required a CT scan. First I was told I could go in at any time, which turned out to be false. Then even though I was in the building, had my order from my doctor, and was during regular business hours, I was told to schedule over the phone. So called to schedule over the phone and I was transferred over three times before I got to someone. Finally got to my appointment, which was very quick.
