This place sucks. I went in last week for severe congestion after tearing out nasty carpet with no mask on (fault of my own). They did a flu, COVID, and strep swab on me, except they didn’t. The attempt at a swab was piss poor and not correct, so they all came back negative. They said just keep taking OTC medicines, which I said they are not helping and I was getting worse. I usually don't have issues when going here but the nurse whom has been in there here lately is just two faced as hell, first trying to correct me and make me look dumb when I was saying my child was acting lethargic. Wanted to say that word meant someone was not alert when trying to touch them which it clearly means you're tired and or sluggish if you Google search it. Compared to fast pace this place is a million times better. Shorter check in times, more informative nurses/doctors and they even seem to care about patients (the ones I saw)
Never again went in with flu like symptoms and the dr or whatever she was tried arguing with my wife talking about oh it’s just a virus come to find out we had the flu after seeing a regular care facility they didn’t try to test or do anything very very sad practice of medicine
I was so impressed with this facility. It was sparkling clean and very efficient. I was seen promptly and my health care provider was professional and accurate in diagnosing my problem. I highly recommend MGH Express.
