Though a lot of the staff is very friendly, getting an appointment is ridiculously hard. My best friend’s family and my family both go there, and neither of us are ever able to get an appointment when we need. It has been a fight since day one, even for the most basic of appointments.

Unprofessional. Waited 3 months for an appointment, just to have them tell me the day of at the front desk, mind you, that Kellie wasn't there and it'd be another month before I could be seen.
