Erica Jefferies, NP is absolutely amazing. She listens to my concerns. She takes her time and is thorough. She has an infectious smile and is just a genuine provider. Definitely appreciate all that she does for her parients and the community.
Dr. Sedaghat is the best. Love him and trust him. Having said that, I usually see the Nurse Practitioner, Erica Jeffries, and she is amazing. They have a great staff and I love them. Very professional!
My father was out of insulin and they very fast jumped right to it on New Year's Eve and called the prescription in after they looked at his chart and then also said for him to call back if he has any questions they were polite and within 5 minutes my father's medicine was called right in the doctors and nurse practitioners here are amazing I'm so grateful because if they did not call that medicine in my father woul tilldn't have made it to 2024
Macie Baird is fantastic. I quit going to Marcie because of her nurse and her rude and belittling treatment of myself and spouse at that time. In 57 years, I have never left a practice because of a rude nurse. I should have told Marcie, and went to human resource in Marion over it. Unfortunately, I did t.
