A great experience considering the circumstances. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They treated my young daughter like a gem. I was thrilled with how quickly we received help. I actually felt like a valued customer, and that’s rare for this type of care. The facility was spotless and comfortable. It’s wonderful when the most convenient places are also the best.

I’ve been there twice and waited for 5 hours both times. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have all day to wait.

What’s the point of having a hospital here in Gas City if the experience is ruined by the staff? Almost every nurse and RN I’ve dealt with has been incredibly rude and entitled. They act like the world revolves around them and twist situations to fit whatever narrative they want — even if that means lying. One RN in particular, a guy named Tom or Tommy, was especially unprofessional, exhibiting disgusting behavior and dealt things in an absolutely disgusting manner. I had an emergency to a cut over my lip due to falling ( old age). I came in and was treated really well. NP , Bakkie, and her team were super nice. They put all their attention to me when they found out I had all of a sudden high blood preasure. Thank you, ladies, for helping me.
