I had an emergency to a cut over my lip due to falling ( old age). I came in and was treated really well. NP , Bakkie, and her team were super nice. They put all their attention to me when they found out I had all of a sudden high blood preasure. Thank you, ladies, for helping me.
Very rude, I came in for severe dehydration after puking all night almost 10 hours straight. They asked for a urine sample and I explained I was dehydrated and didn’t think I could pee. And the nurse yells down the hall that I was “refusing” a pee test. No respect for people or privacy. They did not treat me with common decency until after they found out what I do for a living. Just drive the extra way to another clinic. They are not worth it.
I had a very good experience. The whole team from front staff to the dr who treated me. Very clean facilities.
"Urgent Care" label, but when bill arrived it states "Emergency Room" with ER expensive costs.
Some of the staff are very rude. In times when kindness should definitely be! Sad!
