Very rude, I came in for severe dehydration after puking all night almost 10 hours straight. They asked for a urine sample and I explained I was dehydrated and didn’t think I could pee. And the nurse yells down the hall that I was “refusing” a pee test. No respect for people or privacy. They did not treat me with common decency until after they found out what I do for a living. Just drive the extra way to another clinic. They are not worth it.
I had a very good experience. The whole team from front staff to the dr who treated me. Very clean facilities.
"Urgent Care" label, but when bill arrived it states "Emergency Room" with ER expensive costs.
Some of the staff are very rude. In times when kindness should definitely be! Sad!
Don’t go there thinking you aren’t paying ER prices. I sent my son who is in college there. He had a doctors visit and a chest X-ray. I just got a bill totaling $650. Community Medcheck in Indianapolis charges $169 for the same service. Next time I will make my student come home. Absolutely ridiculous!
