I waited for months, was supposed to go on meds for bad anxiety and depression, even after discussing my disliking to social settings and personal relationships, i was still referred to group therapy or relationship therapy. The psychiatrist did not assess me at all. Only repeating what i had said from the beginning.
Received psychologist appointments here for a couple months with Conor Duggan that not only diminished my mental health but created more issues without any accountability. Late to appointments if not already cancelled and simply laughed when I tried being honest and seeking support.
Easy to find and the high-rise carpark is free. Staff are all helpful and friendly.
