Unbelievable!!! Had my eye exam 3 weeks ago!!!! They told me 2 weeks... one of there machines broke down.. ok I get that stuff happens.. but then they also quoted me Wednesday and if that day then thursday.. it's now Friday and still no action is being processed... I need my glasses🙄🙄🙄

Something is seriously wrong with you all. If a patient asks for a previous prescription number you are supposed to give it to them. 😡 if you wont let my husband get new contacts then freaking give me the old prescription so I can get him some undamaged old ones. Nut cases. He can't see! You all are very unprofessional and rude. What do you do when people come in with damaged contacts? Make them suffer? No one informed us that we had to redo the whole glasses fitting and pay for all that again just for his contacts. He can'... read more
